How do change the oil sending unit on a 2001 Dodge Durango 47 liter V8?

I just had to change the Oil Pressure Sending Unit on my 2001 Dodge Durango (4.7L).
The sending unit is located right next to your oil filter. To be more exact its in between the oil filter and the engine block and is easily viewable from looking underneath the vehicle without even jacking it up. Here's a picture of the Oil Pressure Sending Unit.
