How do i get in touch with YouTube?

Underneath the video that you would wish to send you will see a few links to bend to video. One of thoughs links will say more. Click on it. It will then show more options to click on. Click send video. It will then ask you for email details and provide a meesage box for you to write a message. DON'T WORRY IT IS TOTTALY FREE OF CHARGE. The final thing is to press send as normal.

Simple:

Log in to your YouTube account first

First look up the username "OfficialYoutube"

If you can't find it--DOn't Sweat!

(This will only pop up if you are logged in)

As You try to log out, it will say "Did You mean YOUTUBE?" Do not click on it! It is a fake channel--a poser. So follow my directions!

Log on to your email now,

Compose an email to OfficialYoutube@YoutubeMail.com

Then email whatever you want to say. If you don't get a message withing 2-5 weeks, try again!!!

YouTube claims to have customer service, but it doesn't seem to. Their email address is supposed to be support@youtube.com, but it doesn't work. The only real way to get your question answered is if you submit it into one of the YouTube Help Forum. The questions will only be answered by other YouTube users, not professionals, & may not even be very affective because of it. But it seems to be the only way to get any help. The link to use is:

On the left hand side of the page is a link that says "Post A Question". That will take you to a form to post your question.
