there is four bolts located under driver and passenger seat. each bolt connects the rail arm of the seat to the floor. first move seat all the way forward then remove rear bolts. then move seat way back, remove front bolts. these bolts are somewhat located under seat but in plain view when you crouch down and look. same process for both seats.
The back seats on a 1994 Acura Integra are mounted on bracket that attach to the body of the vehicle. Push the back of the seat down and loosen all the bracket bolts. Pull the seats out.

You need to bolt the Civic seat rails to the Integra seats I believe. But yup, I got GSR seats in my CX. bolt them up
A lot of cutting and welding of the seat brackets I'm sure!!!
You can remove the governor on an acura integra by having the ecu chipped.
its physically inside of the fuel tank. You must remove the back seats to get to the little plate that has three screws and take that off to get to it
You will need to remove the covers from your 1996 Integra rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers.
