How do i take the door panel off of a 1994 Ford F150 pickup?

Well, I have a 92 probe and the driver side window doesn't work. I looked online for an answer and came up empty, I removed the inner panel from the door frame and found the problem was a bad motor (I checked all the wire functionality against opposite window). The only thing I could do (after searching in vain for a new motor), was to visit pick&pull and the junk yards till I found another probe,.. yanked the mechanism for a total cost of $10 and replaced mine :)

REMOVED THE DOOR TRIM IF THE MOTOR WAS REPLACED BEFORE ,THERE SHOULD BE 3 HOLES DRILLED OUT TO ACCESS THE MOTOR. IF NOT. LOOK FOR THREE LITTLE DIMPLES AROUND THE MOTOR AREA. AND DRILLED 3 HOLES BIG ENOUGH TO FIT A 8MM SOCKET. REMOVED THE 3SCREWS WITH THE 8MMM SOCKET AND DISCOUNTED THE MOTOR AND PUSH THE MOTOR OUT.
