How do you adjust a right driver electric window1992 3000 GT Mitsubishi?

There is a side on the top of the switch which on my 1992 gto is in front of the gear level on the consol. Side it fully to the right. It has 3 positions. Then use the 4 way lever on the switch to adjust the mirror. It works slowly on mine.
