Note: The emergency brake at S70 is on drum (rear wheels) and the service brake is on disk. Remove the rear wheels On the exterior of the drum (between 2 of the bolts that holds the wheel) you will notice a hole Rotate the drum in order to align that hole at 12:00 o'clock position There, through the hole you will notice a small plate having a screwdriver shaft Inset a flat screwdriver and lift up multiple times to tighten the brake, or pull down multiple times in order to loosen it up.
