There is a small screw located on the corner of each headlight. When you open the hood of your car you will see them. Just take a screwdriver and adjust them to where you need them. I have found that parking on the side of the road in front of my house after dark is the best way to adjust them. You can see exactly how far out your beam goes and adjust it accordingly. It's a good flat surface. Hope this helps you.

The fuse box on a 2007 Cobalt is located under the hood, on the driver's side of the engine compartment. It is a black box with a removable cover. The fuse diagram is located on the underside of the cover.
I don't believe so. A lot of today's vehicle computers are encoded with the car's VIN. Also if the 2007 had an engine component that the 2006 doesn't, then the ECU will not be able to function properly.
