: Hi there, try this, if you disconnected your battery the computer has to learn to do it again ....so disconnect it again and then put it back . when you start the car run it as close to idle seed as possible then take it out for a run on all road condtions for about 5k. that should do the trick.THE ONLY WAY IS PROBABLY WITH A NEW CRANK SENSOR ON MY 1999 IT AS EASY TO CHANGE SOME AUTO PARTS TELL YOU ITS A DEALER ITEM BUT IF YOUR NEAR A NAPA STORE TRY THEM FIRST

The idle on most computer-controlled fuel-injected vehicles is not adjustable, per se. The computer controls the idle speed. There are probably other issues. If the vehicle starts and runs, it's not the crank sensor, which has no control of idle speed.
