How do you bleed cooling system in a 1995 Pontiac grand am with quad 4 engin?

These engines take care of themselves... They have a air bleed tube coming out of the water outlet, which is located under the Power Steering pump on the drivers side. This tube runs back over to the fill tank. This system does not have a cap on the radiator, just on the fill tank.
This is correct on the 97 Buick Skylark 2.4 Quad 4 which I have.
