With a friend helping, pump the brake pedal several times. While holding the pedal down, open the bleeder valve at one wheel ( on the disc caliper on front, the brake cylinder on back) to let air and fluid out. When the pedal reaches the floor, close the valve and repeat the process. When no more air comes out, close the valve tightly and move to another wheel. Keep the master cylinder for the brakes full during the process.
