looking at the car from the front, the drain plug is underneath the nose next to the bottom of the radiator. It's a small plastic screw with "butterfly' ears on it. Use a socket on it to loosen it. When u r under the car facing the front, turn the plastic lug to the left. Refill in the over-flow tank then elevate the front of the car (while running on ramps preferrably) to "burp" the bubbles out of the system. If you don't "burp" your thermostat will skyrocket and you won't get any heat.

Replace the radiator cap and be sure the coolant reservoir is kept full to the line, it will bleed itself.
no headlights different
It's up on the thermostat housing. Follow your upper rad hose to the thermostat housing.
On the thermal housing
You should not need to bleed coolant. Ever. If the coolant is filling up on its own the stuff in there is not coolant and you have a big problem.
The Villager engine does not have a coolant bleed valve.
Low coolant?Bad sensor?
