well, the male does almost everthing - he builds the bubblenest cares for the eggs, provides them with everthing they need. All the female does is make the eggs fertile. so you really dont need them together for very long! well, the male does almost everthing - he builds the bubblenest cares for the eggs, provides them with everthing they need. Absolutely nothing. I would leave the fish alone for about 4 weeks and then introduce a well conditioned female to him again. I assume you are aware of all the correct water parameters etc for breeding Bettas. If you are not aware of them and do not provide them they will never produce viable young no matter how many times they spawn.
the male betta does, the female just swims away.
hey. leave the eggs to the male betta it will look after them.
A female Betta splendens needs a male to help her release her ova (eggs). If she comes into breeding condition and does not meet up with a male to spawn her successfully, her ova will eventually be re-absorbed back into her body.
Male Betta's do not have babies. The female lays the eggs, the male fertilizes them and then takes care of them in a "bubble nest" that he builds until they hatch.
both fish may eat the fish eggs, so i suggest you place the eggs in a small bowl or glass of water that you fill from the betta's tank. also, female and male bettas can e together. it is just the same gender that fight. So, you can put both bettas together and keep the eggs in the now vagant tank.
no. the male betta just cares for the eggs. the male betta does somthing to the female called an embrace, he basicly hugs the eggs out of her than he kills the female or his just fights with her until she leaves him alone. then he cares for the eggs until hatching.
how to take care of egg when fighter fish male die
From a female Betta. Then the male Betta fertilizes them when they breed together.
It depends if the fish has had it before it was removed most probably not.

It might meen that your betta fish is about to lay eggs.
The only thing that will encourage a female Betta to release her eggs is a male Betta with a proper nest.
