depends on the year, but on the newer models its super easy. open the hood. right above the headlite you will see an "L" shaped bar. its about 1/4" in diameter. that's the locking pin for the headlite. unlatch it and slide it to the side and out. you will be able to tilt the whole headlite forward, giving you access to the bulbs and their connectors. undo the connector on the faulty bulb, twist it out and replace.
simple. no need for even reaiming.
Remove battery, remove horn, remove wire, twist bulb counter-clockwise to remove.
How to change headlight bulb 2011 ram 3500

behind the drivers side headlight it only has one bolt and a wire hooked to it
For the 1994 model (B3000), you can't change just the bulb. You have to change the headlight assembly.
Open the hood and on the top of the headlight assembly there should be two pins. Turn them so they face the front of the truck and pull them up and out. Now you should be able to pull the whole headlight assembly out. Turn the ring on the back of the headlight ,unplug it and pull the headlight out. Install in reverse order.
NEED to know the YEAR.
