There is no fuel pressure sensor.
A 1997 Chrysler Town and Country does not have a governor pressure sensor.
The governor pressure sensor is on the passenger side of the valve body inside the transmission.
Roughly $350 in parts and $150 for labor.
It doesn't have a governor pressure sensor. The "rev" limiter is part of the computer programming and can not be changed.

On a Dodge/Jeep it is inside the transmission on the valve body.
A governor and sensor are usually two different devices. The Governor is a hydraulic valve that is spun up by the output shaft and changes the pressure inside the valve body to direct shift speeds A sensor is used for the same purpose in computer shifted units. But I have never heard of a governor sensor.
