Must not be installed correctly. If the joint is not perfectly centered it will vibrate.

I believe these are just pressed in from the factory. It has a piece of plastic sticking out of the end of the yoke eye. How do you replace a universal joint on a Chevy S 10 truck?
I heat the yoke eye and joint cap with a torch until the plastic oozes out then press the joint out as usual. The replacement joint will have regular retaining clips to hold the joint cap in place.

You take a mapp torch and heat it up . You will see injected plastic running out of hole side of yoke. The new replacement joint will have clips to hold it in.
