Remove the plastic cover under the hood by the wipers. Underneath is the wiper motor and linkages. On a scale of 1 to 10 for a mechanic it is about a #2 job (10 being the hardest).
The interior light on an 87 cabriolet is located above the mirror just above the windshield.
Yes, only some of them do though.
My '85 has P175/70R13 tires.

Unscrew the bolt that holds the wiper arm on the lift gate. I think that this answer is wrong and that the bolt (?you mean nut) is for removing the wiper motor, not for removing the blade. On an '87 Cherokee there is a clip on the wiper arm at the base where the arm attaches to the shaft of the wiper motor. To remove the arm you depress the clip with a small screwdriver while pulling the arm straight out (pliers to pull). The arm just pulls off. The replacement arm picture looks the same for an '87 as it does for a '95. Therefore my guess is that the '95 arm comes off the same way. Pictures and diagrams in related links area.
Do you have a hot start kit installed? Perhaps it is the relay switch?. Have had the same problem with both an 87 and 88 Cabriolet. Not sure if that will help but you never know! Larissa
