I don't know if there is anything special about the 2001 Hyundai Accent. Probably not. Changing the brake fluid is the same procedure on most cars. Any car repair manual (e.g. Chilton or Haynes) should have the procedure, but it's also easy to find the instructions on the internet. See for example
