Absolutely NOT! WD-40 is a lubricant. The last thing you want to put on a drive belt is a lubricant. If the belt is making a noise, it is either loose or worn out.

to be honest i wouldn't have thought you would have to change it for quite a while yet if its an 09 model as a genuine scooby belt should do 40 thousand miles atleast if not more.
