Jack the car up and place on sturdy jackstands.Remove the tire. You will notice the brake drum will have the studs sticking through it.Remove the drum, you may have to back the brake adjustment off a little to do this. After the drum is off simply drive out the broken stud with a hammer.Insert the new stud trough the hole from the rear and tap it from the rear to seat it.Now use the lugnut to finish pulling the stud through.Make sure however to put the lugnut on backwards with the flat end facing the spindle. This will be difficult to do by hand.Tighten it down until the stud is fully seated. After that is done, simply remove the lugnut, reinstall the brake dum, readjust the brakes, put the tire back on and your done.
