You must remove serpentine belt then follow these steps. First, remove the rubber hose running from Power Steering pump resevior to the power steering pump. Remove hose at the power steering pump with a large pliers (clamp). Second, remove steel threaded line on the power steering pump with a 18mm combination wrench.
Third, remove 4 bolts on top of the power steering pump, two bolts are visible in front of rubber hose connection on the pump. two bolts are behind the same connection. Use small 10mm socket with short extension and rachet. Once you have removed all 4 10mm bolts on the pump carefully lift pump out. Reverse steps for installation.

It is not uncommon for there to be some incidental loss of power steering fluid. I have added minor amounts of power steering fluid to my 2001 three times over the years. No more than a couple ounces at a time though. If there's more loss than that, start examining the power steering hoses and connections for signs of leakage.
The S2000 has electronic power steering hence no power steering fluid.
