pull the calipers off. there might be a small washer on one or two of the studs. if there is pull those off and the rotors will come right off.

Remove the tire and wheel from your 1994 Chevy. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotors with a hammer or mallet. The rotors will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new rotors.

Pull the tires off and take the brake calipers off and the rotors will pull off.
The instrument clusters are wired completely different and it is a task beyond belief to change out the prongs on the wiring and get it right.
