It is really very easy to changs the slides. First, start with loosening your track. Next, there will be two bolts or screws up towards the front of the rear suspension ( about where the gas tank is). Remove those bolts theres one on each side. Then you have to align your slides with one of the track windows meaning one of the openings on the track so the slide can slide through it. You will prob have to use a straight blade screwdriver to pound the slide off the rail. Once that is done you cut your new slides to the same length, install the new slides, put the bolts back in, and retighten your track. It should take about half hour to complete. Good luck!
