I'd like to know where you found one in the first place... I haven't been able to find the passenger side for mine.. If you don't really care about the one that's on there now, it's a bit easier to do.. First, remove the screw inside the armrest pocket from the top. Second, pop off out the plastic piece that goes around the door handle and houses the switches for the windows and door lock. I don't remember if there is a screw that holds it on or not. If there is it wasn't hidden and should be easily seen. Note the switch panel will not pull off, it will just come loose. Third, there are little plastic clips all the way around the on the edge of the whole interior door panel. You have two options here, buy a specially made tool from an autoparts store to remove them, or take your chances with a pair of pliers and a screwdriver. If you go for the second option, pry gently between the panel and the door at first, the little ears that lock into the panel might break off if you go jerking on it too hard. They will make a snapping noise however when your pulling them out. These are the teeth on the clip that holds it on to the door. If one or two of these break its not a big deal. You can also find the clips at a part store too. They're pretty universal. While you are pulling the clips off, start from the bottom and work your way up. At the top of the panel is a flange that hooks over the door. Carefully lift the panel up while being careful not to pull on the switch panel too much. If you need to you can disconnect the wires on the switches if you must but I don't remember having to. Now thread the switch panel through the hole in the door panel until the panel is free from the door. On the back side of the panel you can see where the armrest is, and along that are some little black plastic pieces sticking out with little metal washers on them. You also have two options here depending on what came with your new armrest. If you got new washers with your new armrest, feel free to take out some of your anger and break these off with a pair of plyers or a screwdriver. If not, carefully pull them off with a screwdriver. You don't want to break these.. I'm not sure if you can by them at a parts store or not.. Once you're past that its all backwards from there! Just remember that the little plastic clips set in the hole on the panel and then turn 90* to lock in. When you're ready to put the panel back on, feed the switches back through, hook the panel on the door, and "tap" the clips back in to the holes in the door. Sometimes this takes more than tap, to set it in.. Don't forget about the most important bolt in the top of the armrest! Good luck!!
