you need to remove the timing belt, and the valve cover. procedures for this are on other posts in this forum. then you need to remove the cam shaft sprocket. i would put the timing marks pointing straight up to make putting the timing belt back on easier. you may only need to remove the first bearing cap on the cam shaft to get the old seal off. if not you'll only need to loosen the the others. then you can slide the old seal off, and replace the new one. the real work on this job is getting past the timing belt. you might consider waiting for the timing belt maint interval (40,000k) and do both jobs at once. unless the leak is very fast. when removing the cam shaft sprocket be sure to hold the cam still. if you rotate the cam without the crankshaft you might damage the valves. the same goes for tighting it back in place torque for camshaft sprocket is 36 ft/lbs then turn 60 degrees then turn 15 degrees. torque for the camshaft bearing caps is 71 inch pounds
