The clock should be center between the center AC vents. If you take either a small flathead screwdriver, or a stiff card (bank card, drivers license, etc.) slide it underneath the clock and pry up and out, it should pop out. Pull the device outand you'll see there are wires connected to the back. You don't have to disconnect these but it makes it a little easier (IMPORTANT! While disconnected, your turn signals and hazard lights will not work). You'll see a small, plastic, Philips head screw. Turn it about a quarter of a turn and it will come out. You should be able to purchase a replacement bulb at your local retailer for about $2.00. When replacing, don't over tighten or touch the small metal wires( on top of the screw ) or it will short out. The clock should pop right back in. This works the same from '99 - '03 models.
Honda
you take off the dashbord and get to the clock to change the light
The lightbulb for the clock is blown.
there are many light bulbs on the Honda accord.. what light bulb?
Yes
The clock light is an integral part of the clock and is not replacable by itself
More than likely the bulb is burnt out.

There is no back light for the clock. The clock numbers are actually LED's - there is no way to replace them - the entire clock will have to be replaced.
