Assuming you have the proper equipment/expertise to evacuate/recharge the A/C system..... You have to pull the AC evaporator and housing, then it's attched to the evaporator core. Basically you pull out glove box and then there are about three bolts that hold evap housing. You unplug the temp sensor, unbolt the refrigerant lines where they go thru the firewall and yank out the evaporator assembly. The expansion valve is then right there. Honda has made it very easy to get evap core in and out, unlike many manufacturers.
