Remove front wheels, remove the two 14mm bolts securing the caliper to the mount. Lift the caliper off and hang from wire or zip tie. Remove the old pads and if needed, remove the metal hardware. Replace the new hardware and new pads. You will need to use one of the old pads to press the caliper piston into the caliper. I use a large set of Channel Locks to do this. Once the piston is in the caliper you will be able to insert the caliper onto the mount and re-install the 14mm bolts. Once you have this done on both sides you will need to pump the brakes a couple of time to make sure the pads are seated. Install the wheels and you are done.
