TAkes the wheels off then compress the calipers with a screwdriver.Remove the 2 caliper mounting bolts and take the calipers off and hang them with a coat hanger or wire instead of letting them hang with the hose. Remove the pads an d replace them using all of the shims and grease provided with the new ones. Lube the mounting bolts and sleves before assembly.
- Use one of the old brake pads and a C-Clamp to compress the caliper piston back into the cylinder. I ususally take a minute to clean the boot before compressing just to help prevent sticking.
