You dont wanna know man. takes 8 hours if you know what you're doin' better off getting a new engine before you change the head , you may have also a cracked block or at least a semi crack block if it had ran hot prior to you replacing the heads m and you change the heads, then somehing else goes wrong nad it takes about 8hours to replace the heads..bout the same as replacing an engine, im doing one right now..
