PS If looking to buy a new one I bought Mine at autozone for only $23.00 (yes twenty three dollars). I have read people spending as much as 229.00 for theirs.
I couldn't believe the price considering I just bought one Last witer for my ford festiva and it costed $93.00 (also Autozone).
People whine about the quality of autozone but I have never had problems with them and I use them all the time, although when available I always buy their lifetime warranteed parts!!!!

4.5 8 cylinder grown up version of the aluminum HT 4100. Problem plagued cylnder heads and gaskets. Low power, especially move a loaded stretch limo. The only positive feature was a flat floor in the passenger compartment. NOTE- In 1986, Cadillac did notproduce a FWD limo- any around were custom stretched.

Where is the O2 sensor on a 1986 Cadillac Fleetwood FWD?
On my 1985 FWD 4.1L Fleetwood, it is behind the engine on top of the exhaust. I would recommend a 7/8" O2 Sensor socket, a one foot 3/8" Drive extension, and a 3/8" ratchet with a long handle, as this will be quite difficult to remove (if mine was like others). When installing the new one, do not tighten it too much.
