The upper ball joints must be replaced with the upper control arms but the lower ball joints can be replaced seperately. NOTE: THE BEST WAY TO GET THEM OUT IS TO KNOCK THEM OUT WITH A 3LB MINI SLEDGE HAMMER FROM AUTOZONE.
