You need a long thin walled socket to get in there...it's really not a special tool, but it is a little different than the average socket.
On top of the engine, there is a black rectangular plastic cover. Remove the two nuts, one on either side. With the two nuts removed, remove the black cover and it will reveal the four individual coils,which lead to each plug. The coils are removed by another fastener. Then you can pull the plug insulator up and out.
