This is one of the few EASY jobs on a Honda. All you do is...

  • unhook the battery and remove the air pipe
    • unhook the two wires coming off the starter
    • remove the two nuts holding the old starter in, and pull the starter
    • insert and bolt in the new starter
    • connect the two wires to the new starter, reinstall the air pipe, and hook the battery back up
