Take off the panel under the steering column. Turn on your turn signal so you can hear it, and then search for it haha It's somewhere in there.
It took me quite a while til I found mine, but it's there. I think you can also feel it when you touch it so you don't get it confused with the hazards.

∙ 14y agoIt may no be your blinkers. When the blinkers aren't working, gently move (without pushing it so the hazards come on) the hazard light (red) button on the dash above the radio. If the blinkers start to work again, replace the hazard switch

∙ 9y agoTo change the blinker switch on a 1998 Tahoe, locate the blinker switch under the dash on the driver's side. Pull it out of the socket and insert a new one.

You will need to remove the retaining ring at the top of your 1998 Chevy Lumina ignition switch. Slide the ignition switch out. Remove the wiring harness.

Do you mean where's the switch? It's right on top of the steering column. You might be missing yours.

Problem most likely is in the Turn Signal switch. I had same problem , replaced Turn Signal switch assembly and that fixed it.

what do you mean a reset switch whats on ? once you change the battery u will have to run the car up to usual 25-50 mile for the computer to got through its 3 stages of cycles to clear the lights on the dash or to make the car idle again
