Just as many other people have stated, if you have to ask it's probably a bad idea to try it yourself. These are interference engines and if you install it incorrectly and spin the motor over you just bought a new motor. You should bring it to a professional. If you do decide to try it yourself then I would go to the nearest auto parts store and get a Chilton's manual. You will need the pictures to properly explain a few of the steps required to properly install the new belt.

Every 60000 miles is factory recommened. On the 1990 thru 1992 Honda Accord, the timing belt should be changed about every 150,000 miles. My 92" Accord has 154,000 miles on it and I havent changed yet, because all the shops around town have told me it cost about $600-$800 dollars.
