The drivers side wiper arm should move up if you pull up on them allowing you room to change out the wipers. Im sure I dont need to tell you how to change the wipers after that right?
As for the right wiper its a little tougher. what i did was turn the wipers on and turn the car off when they were half way up. that should give u enough room to swap it out as well though the arm doesnt come up as high as the drivers side does.
