Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
The 1997-2005 Chevrolet Venture takes 24" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front and a 16" rear replacement wiper blade.
The wiper motor on a 1998 Chevy Venture is up under the vents next to the windshield. It is bolted to the firewall.
