Fuse boxes are generally located in the driver's side foot well (near the pedals) but could be in the engine compartment as well. Most fuses can be checked visually. If the wire in the middle of the fuse is blown (melted in half), it's no good. Some fuses can be checked with a multimeter or similar device without having to remove them. If a fuse is blown, there should be infinite resistance across it. If you find the bad fuse, replace it, and it blows again, the real question is "What is drawing so much current?". There may be a short circuit somewhere.

It is in the fuse box. Check all of the fuses with a test light.
