The yamaha rhino regardless of engine size uses the engine oil as the lubricant for the transmission. Its all one unit. If you check the engine oil your checking the Transmission Fluid also. To check the oil remove the passenger seat and the oil dipstick should be right there towards the front of the engine.
You can also check and should check the front and rear final drives (differentials) fluids too occasionally. There are 2 plugs the top one is the check plug the bottom is the drain plug. The gear oil should just be level with the bottom of the fill opening or slightly seeping out.
