Under the door handle is a small oval panel, maybe about 3 inch by 1/2 inch. It can be pried out fairly easily. Inside there are 2 large Philips head screws. Remove them. Now you can carefully pry out the section of hard plastic they were holding, the lower part of the handle. After that is out, you can pry up the upper part of the handle. Careful, there will be bundles of wires attached to the switch assembly. Each of the 3 bundles has a connector to the assembly, held on by a clip. I'm not sure exactly which contacts connect to which switches, but as soon as I get a meter handy, I'm going to check.
I found that there is a normal and lock switch on drivers door and lock stops use of the windows.

There is no relay. Its all in the switch. The only way to check if its good, is to find the wiring diagram and check your powers and grounds. 9 times out of 10 if one window doesn't work and the rest do, its the motor. But if they all don't work, then its the switch. Also check the circuit breaker in the dash panel on the drivers side
