Often the plug in connector at the drivers side switch can becaome loose and break the connection. Remove the switch and check this.

The owners handbook will tell you where the fuse panel is and which fuse controls the electric windows. If it is a fuse,and you replace it, it may blow again indicating a short in the wiring. Check for a blown fuse in the fuse box. The issue sounds like a loss of power. If the fuses are ok then check for a plug under the dash that has become disconnected of a wire has come out of.
