Well, it is a harmless fetish. But, it is also his fetish and not yours. This will be an issue throughout your relationship but you should be sensitive to it because he probably doesn't want the whole world to know and he is trusting you. You really have three options, as I see it. You can break up so he can find someone just as interested (very unlikely but possible.) You can refuse, nicely, and maybe it will work but I am guessing that it will cause fatal problems for the relationship. You can go along with it to the extend you feel comfortable. Ultimately, the choice will come down to how great he is as a boyfriend (if he has found a girl to indulge his kink he should be stellar, girls like that might be once in a lifetime,) and how much you dislike the idea. So, if it were me I would give it a try and see if I can deal. If you can then great, if not that is completely understandable and he should be willing to accept that. There is a small online community devoted to the diaper fetish, it might be worthwhile for the two of you to look into it and see if anyone with real life experiences has and advice for you.
