The fuel pump is in the tank, you can disable it from the trunk. You face front, on your left side of the trunk, open the side carpet cover, you'll see the connector, disconnect it, so the power to the fuel pump is cut off, the pump is disabled.
the fuel pump relay for a Mazda b3000 is under the hood. It is a 15 amp relay in the fuse box.

im not sure exactly since i bought my Mazda with a marine filter installed under the hood but my guess is follow the fuel lins back to the gas tank and you will eventually find it most cars usually have it on the driverside under the car near the front or close to the fuel tank
