If you look at the inside the handle you will see a small round screw cover. Remove that cover and there will be a Phillips screw in there. Remove the screw and you should be able to remove the inside door handle.
Next, remove the rubber lining in the little storage compartment in the door, there will be one screw in underneath for you to remove.
Next remove the small trim piece along the next to the window switch.
Now you should see a small screw holding the window switch in, remove that screw and pry out the switch. Disconnect the electrical connector going to the switch. You should see one more screw that was hidden by the switch. Remove that screw.
Now remove the small speaker on the upper inner corner of the door, you should be able to just pull it out. Remove the connector to it.
Now you can simply start pulling off the door panel. There are tools made for this but you should be able to do it by hand.
