There is a bolt in the lower part of the tank near the back driver tire, it is covered with undercoating spray; clean it off then use a 17mm socket wrench to remove the bolt (be sure to relieve the pressure by removing the gas cap before loosening the bolt)
The coolant drain plug on the 1993 Honda Civic is located right below the manifold bolts close to the transmission side. There is another drain plug located on the back of the block left of the fuel filter.
There is no fuel tank drain plug.

Have to drop transmission oil pan
Drain plug is located on Bottom right side of transmission, it has a square hole in it for your 3/8 ratchet wrench .
Should be a drain plug at the bottom of transmission and a fill plug at the side
Look at the rear or side of the oil pan
The 2004 Honda Civic has a conventional wet sump lubrication system design. Therefore as in most modern vehicles the oil drain plug is located under the car at the bottom of the engine oil pan.
