Because she is a resident, depending on the city, and state your in, You must do it by way of legal eviction, Or at least that is the way it is in California. You must present her with a 30 day notice to vacate the premises. She can then file a lawful detainer on the eviction which will prolong the process. But usually once you give her the notice she should get the idea.... Let me know how it goes. It depends. You'll probably have to follow normal eviction procedures to have her removed. You'll either need to retain an attorney or do the legal research yourself.

How do you evict your girlfriend from your house if she is not on the title and is not paying in Ohio?

It doesn't matter if she's not paying rent. You allowed her to establish and maintain a residence with you. You will need an eviction order from a court if she won't leave on her own. That usually gives her enough time to find another residence.

How do you evict your girlfriend from your house if she is not on the title and is not paying?

Consider these issues and compare with your local laws:If she is not paying rent, she is a guest (now uninvited) and can be asked to return the key and move out immediately. She is not a tenant, she is a trespasser. If she refuses to go, it is a domestic dispute and you can get a restraining order if necessary. Unlike a tenant, she has no right to remain there, and can be removed immediately by the local police.Your local laws may vary.

Can your spouse stop paying bills because he wants a divorce?

Not sure what you mean here since if you are married the both of you are responsible for paying your bills. If he wants to mess with you you can start paying the bills. As married you should both have access to the money no matter who makes them. If he wants a divorce you can also not stop him. Maybe you should start thinking about getting a lawyer before the bills start piling up and you loose the house or something.
