∙ 2006-11-15 19:51:29Try cleaning the ground wire on drivers side of the core support on the very top. All these items are on the same fuse so disconnect them one at a time till you find it... guages,warning light, turn signal, back up lamp, seat belt timer, inhibitor switch, and rear window defogger. I would check the back up lamp and the defogger first.

I had the same problem with my 95 pathfinder, fix by checking all of the connections on the wiring harness that run by the rear bumper to the fuel pump on top of the gas tank. Mine were salty and dirty.
Short in the wiring. If you have a trailer wiring harness check it for frayed wires. The tailight circuit and the dash lights share a circuit on many vehicles. I hope this helps you. Mark
