You replace it you do not fix it.
If you are referring to the little springs inside the clutch assembly itself, you don't fix them, you replace the clutch.See:How_do_you_replace_the_clutch_in_a_96_Geo_MetroIf you mean anything else in there with the clutch, see the above anyway, that'll get you inside.

I HAVE FOUND THE ANSWER TO THE "GEO'S NOT STARTING WHEN HOT ISSUE"!!!!! I have found out because of my geo that its a common problem that Geo's (all Geo's) wont start when they get hot... This is because of a computer chip issue (most the time) and the fix is to install a new computer --- The trick to NOT having to install a new computer that will just do the same thing to you IS...... Just remove the computer from where it is (in my 97 Geo Metro its behind the glove box) and set somewhere cool (like on the floor board!) so it doesn't get as hot.... Done this on 3 cars with the same problem and now they START EVERYTIME, Hot or cold!!! EASY, VERY CHEAP FIX, Just need tools, and time!
Hey Ryan==Take it ot the garage. To repair air conditioners youneed to have many special tools including a refrigerant recucler. GoodluckJoe
Check your transmission fluid levels. Look around for leaks...you'll see a reddish fluid around the drive axle on your transmission or around the radiator.
Fix the part that is setting the code in the first place.
You don't fix it, you replace it.
Metro's range from acceptable to non existant. Is radiator full? feel both heater hoses and see if it circulating. Hotter therostat. Outside air door not closed or not sealed. Simple fix may be to just put a piece of cardboard over the bottom half to two thirds of the radiator.
