There really is no way except to replace the core. In the old days you could pull the core and have it soldered up at a radiator shop, but most modern heater cores are aluminum and plastic.
You can try stop leak but i have had very poor results using stop leak in heater cores.

∙ 12y agoIf you have a heater core leak you need to R & R it (remove replace) this means removing the whole dash. The heater core is only like $20-$40 but labor will bring it out to be close to $200 -$300, so i recommend doing it yourself if you want to save money. The core is behind the dash on the passenger side in all blazer models.
