Well you'll have to remove the resivour ( I know I spelled that wrong) but once removed go to your parts store and get plastic weld 1200psi (should have two tubes connected) mix, apply and wait to dry and you should be good to go. Chopshop Dizzy.
where? in the front? it would probably be a hose that came off at the pump motor. Most likely the bottom motor on the engine side of the washer fluid tank
Get a new car
Find washer bottle remove, usually pump is in the bottom of bottle. undo connection then remove bottle from car to make the pump removal easy, twist and pull until pump comes out install new pump making sure the gasket is going to seal and not leak. reconnect, reinstall bottle and fill.
It is called the Windshield Washer Fluid Resevoir.
Your truck may smell like a number of things when you accelerate if you have a leak in the ventilation system. It is possible to smell burning motor oil, gas, windshield washer fluid and other things.

Since you said water, not coolant, there can only be 3 possible reasons. 1 your windshield washer tank has a leak 2, your cabin has water in it and is draining through the drain holes 3 your air conditioning is sweating ( normal )
Does it leak in when it rains also? If so you have a seam leaking under the cowl area and a washer hose that came off.
Possible freeze plug leak at rear of engine block.
check your water pump it has a weep hole in the bottom and will usually run down the front right side of motor
There are a few things to check. First make there is washer fluid in the hold tank. Next check to see if the fuse is still good. Then, check for leak under the car when you turn on the washer fluid to make sure the hoses are not leaking. And finally, you can replace the windshield washer pump if it is bad. This is located at the base of the container holding the washer fluid. Hope this helps to some degree.
